How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped by the next business day via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days once accepted by the post office.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All packages are insured by USPS Ground Advantage. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, a claim must be filed through the post office for reimbursement.
What is your return policy?
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Fabric must be in its original condition — unwashed, free of pet hair and from a smoke free environment.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship within the USA only. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping as the cost is often more than the fabric itself.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account needed! You can checkout as a guest. However creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Please contact us directly for gift wrapping requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I order fabric by the half yard?
Order the number of half yard increments you wish. For example, 2 yards equals 4 increments. We will cut the fabric as one continuous piece. Panels are cut by the panel.

Yes! Free shipping is available on all fabric orders over $100 within the USA, before taxes and shipping costs.
